  • Soft Glam, Full Glam, Studio Glam, or On-Location Glam cannot be booked for a bridal event. Bridal glam requires extra preparation, timing, and customized service. If a non-bridal service is booked for a bridal event, the appointment may be cancelled or bridal fees may be added.

  • Please email info@legbaloprobeauty.com with the following details:

    • Wedding date
    • Location
    • Type of wedding
    • Number of people n    eeding glam
    • Desired start time
    • Inspiration photos (optional)

    Once I receive your details, I will share available bridal packages and the next steps.

  • If your booking includes bridesmaids, mothers, or a bridal party, kindly include this in your inquiry.
    This allows me to plan timing and create a seamless glam experience for your entire party.

  • Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.
    Groomed brows are helpful but not required.
    Feel free to bring inspiration photos so I can tailor the look to your style.
    Arrive on time to help us make the most of your session.

  • Studio location is provided after booking (Austin, TX).
    Payment is completed at the time of booking.

    For comfort and space, appointments are limited to the person receiving the service only.

  • You may reschedule once within the same month if done at least 24 hours in advance.
    Same-day cancellations cannot be rescheduled.
    Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    No-call / no-show appointments may affect future booking availability.
    If I ever need to cancel on my end, your payment will be fully refunded.

  • Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early.
    Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the appointment start time may incur a $15 late fee.
    At 30 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled.

  • Early appointments (before 9 AM), late appointments (after 6 PM), holiday bookings, or same-day squeeze-ins may include a $20 service adjustment fee.

  • Booking Minimums

    • Austin: No minimum (travel fee applies)
    • Surrounding cities (HTX, DTX): Minimum of 3 clients
    • Out-of-state: Minimum of 3 clients

    Travel Rates

    • Within Austin: Client covers parking/valet
    • Outside Austin: Starting at $200+
    • Out-of-State: Client covers flight, hotel, transportation, and luggage (if needed)

  • Photos and videos will be taken for portfolio or brand use.

  • If you have allergies or sensitive skin, please share this with me before your appointment.
    This helps me prepare the best products for your skin type.

  • The studio address is shared after booking for safety and privacy.
    Full details will be included in your confirmation email.

  • Touch-up kits or extended touch-up services are available upon request.
    Bridal touch-ups depend on the bridal package selected.

  • While I specialize in working with Black skin tones at the moment, I do not currently carry foundation or complexion products for non-Black skin tones. If you’re unsure whether your shade is available, please reach out before booking. My goal is for every client to enjoy a flawless, melanin-rich experience.

  • We’re a growing brand, and expanding our shade range is already in progress. Products for a wider variety of complexions will be added very soon. Updates will be announced on our website and social media, stay connected!
