This agreement applies to the Bride only. No additional persons are included unless contracted separately.

Section 2
Ready-By Deadline &
Wedding Day Structure
The Bride agrees to provide a confirmed “Ready By” time prior to the wedding date. This deadline represents the time the Bride must be fully completed and prepared for photography, ceremony, or scheduled events.
Based on the confirmed Ready-By time and selected bridal package, the Artist will determine and communicate the official service start time in advance of the wedding date. The scheduled start time is established to allow proper setup, execution, and completion without rushing.
The wedding-day service window includes time allocated for:
Professional equipment setup
Pre-service content capture
Approximately three (3) hours of professional bridal makeup application
Post-service content capture
Equipment breakdown
Final refinements prior to completion
The Artist maintains sole discretion over service flow, timing, and execution to ensure professional standards, sanitation compliance, and makeup longevity.
The Silver Bridal Package includes two (2) hours of on-site availability following makeup completion. During this time, the Artist may provide light touch-ups as reasonably necessary to maintain a polished, photo-ready finish. Touch-ups may include lip refresh, light powder application, minor blending adjustments, or refinements following emotional moments.
Additional on-site time beyond the included two (2) hours will be billed at $100 per hour, in full-hour increments.
If on-site presence extends beyond 9:00 PM, late evening billing automatically applies at $100 per hour beginning at 9:00 PM.
Section 3
Booking, Deposit & Payment
Terms
A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the wedding date. The deposit reserves the date exclusively and compensates for preparation, scheduling, and the Artist declining other potential bookings.
The remaining balance is due fourteen (14) days prior to the event date.
Failure to remit the remaining balance by the stated due date constitutes breach of contract and may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of the deposit.
If the Bride cancels:
• The 40% deposit remains non-refundable.
• Payments made beyond the deposit are refundable only if cancellation occurs more than thirty (30) days prior to the event date.
• Cancellations occurring within thirty (30) days of the event date result in forfeiture of all payments made.
If the Artist must cancel due to illness or emergency and no qualified replacement is available, all payments made, including the deposit, will be refunded in full.
Section 4
Date Reservation Window
The requested wedding date will be held for twenty-four (24) hours from the time this agreement is issued.
To officially secure the date, the signed agreement and required 40% non-refundable deposit must be submitted within this timeframe.
If confirmation is not received within 24 hours, the date will be released and made available to other inquiries.
Section 5
Bridal Preview &
Inspiration Policy
Inspiration photos are welcome and are used as an aesthetic reference (overall vibe, tone, and finish). The Artist does not duplicate another artist’s work exactly.
Each bridal look is customized based on:
facial structure
skin type and texture
complexion and undertone
product performance
professional artistry and judgment
A bridal preview session is strongly recommended to refine and finalize the wedding-day look.
The wedding day is not the appropriate time for full look experimentation. The Bridal Preview is the dedicated space to test, adjust, and finalize the plan.
Dissatisfaction based solely on comparison to inspiration photos does not constitute service failure.
Section 6
Timing, Adjustments &
No-Rushing Policy
Bridal makeup requires precision and layering for longevity.
The Bride agrees not to rush the Artist.
If the Artist is pressured to speed up or if the working environment prevents safe and professional completion, services may be discontinued without refund.
Minor refinements are included within the scheduled timeframe. Repeated large-scale changes (including removal and restart of major portions of the makeup) may not be possible within the contracted time window.
The Artist will use professional discretion to finalize the look within the allotted time.
Section 7
Event Details & Timeline
Confirmation
All required event details must be submitted through the official booking form at the time of contract execution.
The information provided in the submitted form will be considered the confirmed timeline for service execution.
If event details change after contract confirmation, the Bride must notify the Artist in writing no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the wedding date.
The Artist is not responsible for scheduling conflicts, delays, or performance limitations resulting from undisclosed or late changes to the confirmed timeline.
Section 8
Early Start & Late
Evening Policy
Bridal services scheduled to begin before 8:00 AM are considered Early Start Services.
Early start bookings may require:
An additional early start fee, and/or
Hotel accommodations the night prior when necessary to ensure punctual arrival and professional performance.
Any required accommodations must be covered by the Bride and confirmed in advance.
Bridal services requiring on-site presence beyond 9:00 PM are considered Late Evening Services.
The Silver Bridal Package includes two (2) hours of on-site availability following makeup completion. Additional time requested beyond the included two (2) hours will be billed at $100 per hour, in full-hour increments.
If on-site presence extends beyond 9:00 PM, late evening billing automatically applies at $100 per hour beginning at 9:00 PM.
Late-hour extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to Artist approval based on safety, scheduling, and performance considerations.
Section 9
Travel, Parking & Venue
Access
Travel within the agreed service area includes standard transportation costs incurred by the Artist. However, any location-specific expenses including but not limited to paid parking, valet fees, toll charges, gated entry fees, venue access fees, or similar required charges are the responsibility of the Bride.
All such expenses must be reimbursed in full on the event date.
The Bride is responsible for ensuring accessible and reasonably proximate parking to the service location. If adequate parking or required venue access is not provided, any resulting delays shall not be attributed to the Artist.
The Artist shall not be held responsible for service delays caused by restricted access, venue policies, parking limitations, or security requirements beyond the Artist’s control.
Section 10
Health, Skin Conditions &
Liability
The Bride must disclose all known allergies, sensitivities, and skin conditions prior to the wedding date.
Services will not be performed if the Bride presents with:
Active infections
Open wounds
Severe irritation
Contagious illness
Active cold sores
If services cannot be performed due to undisclosed health conditions, payments remain non-refundable.
The Bride releases Legbalo Pro Beauty from liability related to allergic reactions if prior disclosure was not provided.
Section 11
Wedding Day Coordination &
Preparation
To ensure professional timing and quality results:
Bridal hair styling must be completed prior to the start of makeup application, or paused entirely during makeup service. Simultaneous hair styling and makeup application is not permitted.
The scheduled makeup service time is reserved exclusively for bridal makeup and cannot be shared with hairstyling services.
Photography and videography may take place during the makeup session provided it does not interfere with the Artist’s workflow, lighting, sanitation, or timing.
The Artist may arrive with one assistant for setup, organization, and logistical support. The assistant will not perform makeup services. All makeup application is performed solely by the Artist.
Section 12
Service Environment & Safety
Policy
Wedding mornings often involve multiple vendors and members of the bridal party. To maintain sanitation, safety, and professional standards, the Bride agrees to the following:
The immediate makeup workspace must remain primarily reserved for the Artist, the Artist’s assistant (if present), and the Bride during active makeup application.
One to two designated individuals (such as a parent, bridesmaid, or coordinator) may remain nearby to assist the Bride, provided they do not interfere with lighting, equipment setup, sanitation practices, or service timing.
Additional individuals may enter briefly; however, the workspace must not become overcrowded, chaotic, or disruptive to professional execution.
Children and pets are not permitted within the immediate service area.
The Bride is responsible for ensuring adequate space for professional equipment setup, access to a stable power outlet within reasonable distance, and a clean, safe, and structurally stable working environment.
For safety and professional standards, weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, or other potentially dangerous items, are not permitted within the immediate service area during the Artist’s presence.
If the environment becomes unsafe, unsanitary, excessively crowded, or disruptive to professional standards, the Artist reserves the right to pause or discontinue services without refund.
Section 13
Force Majeure
(Events Beyond Control)
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations under this Agreement if such failure is due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, power outages, venue closures, or other unforeseen emergencies.
If the wedding event is postponed due to such circumstances, the Bride’s payments (excluding the non-refundable deposit) may be transferred to a mutually agreed rescheduled date, subject to the Artist’s availability.
If the Artist is unavailable for the rescheduled date, payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
The non-refundable deposit remains non-refundable under all circumstances, as it secures the original date and compensates for declined bookings.
Section 14
Photo / Video Capture &
Usage Rights
Professional content capture is a required component of the Silver Bridal Package.
By signing this agreement, the Bride grants Legbalo Pro Beauty permission to capture photo and video before, during, and after the service for professional portfolio use (website, social media, marketing).
The Bride understands and agrees:
The Bride will not restrict or revoke usage of content captured as part of this paid service.
The Bride waives any right to compensation, royalties, or payment tied to the use, reach, or performance of the content.
The Bride will not claim ownership over the Artist’s content deliverables or request revenue-sharing based on the Bride appearing in the content.
The Artist agrees to use professional judgment to create flattering, high-quality content and will deliver an edited reel to the Bride.
Section 15
Final Agreement &
Authorization
This Bridal Service Agreement represents the full understanding between the Bride and Legbalo Pro Beauty.
No verbal agreements, messages, or discussions outside of this written contract shall modify the terms stated herein unless confirmed in writing by both parties.
By proceeding to submit the required deposit payment, the Bride acknowledges that the Bride has read this agreement in full, understands all terms, and agrees to be legally bound by them.
This agreement becomes effective upon receipt of the signed acknowledgment and non-refundable deposit.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
